This company is terrible. They have been doing my termite inspections for years.I recently noticed an ant issue. Filip advised when he came to do the treatment that it was an infestation - not just an ant issue and I may have to get the treatment done twice.I questioned if it was so bad - why would something not of been noticed in my yearly inspection.The response was that he doesn’t pay attention to anything but termites.It really makes you wonder how much attention is actually being given.I sent an email to them regarding my concerns. Daniel replied under each paragraph of my email.In regards to not paying attention to other pests - this was his dramatic response -“I understand what you are trying to say. To clarify, did you want us to inspect on and report on 6 billion different species of pests in the world… or just the most common 1,338 different pest species we have here in Perth? How are we to know what expectations a client has in this regard, when nothing has been agreed upon? Imagine the paperwork… even if we managed to fit 5 different pests on a page, it would still be a couple hundred page report. The time and the cost alone would run, I’m guessing here… around the $15,000-20,000 that we would need to charge for such a report. But then someone would say – just the most common pests, and then there would be an argument as to what is ‘common’.”Absolutely ridiculous!Just a hey- there looks to be an ant issue would be sufficient!Though I didn’t even get the report I paid for from the last inspection. Which Daniel was advised of but has not rectified.I was also overcharged for the ant treatment which was refunded when I complained.Filip was also meant to check the roof but didn’t bother.They cut corners and are full of excuses.I do not recommend them at all.

A great company, I have continued with my home treatment requirements for over many years. I totally recommend Swatapest and have not ever been disappointed with the services provided.
