Stewarts Pest Control - Perth

Recently had a our annual termite inspection with Stewarts a company we have used for 19 years. Cameron and his assistant were friendly and professional. They were thorough and polite at all times.

Greg was awesome!. My hubbie is an ex-pestie and he said Greg did a brilliant job .Well done!

Sharon and Geoff did a great job and took heaps of time explaining everything about reducing risks of termite invasion.No BS so worth a toasted ham and cheese sandwich for Shaz!

Gary had previously attended our property to deal with a Bee issue and dealt with it without any issues.Dave attended our property before Christmas for a termite inspection.Gary returned 13 January 2021 for a termite treatment. He is was on time and very efficient. Very good service. Stewarts staff are by far the best we've dealt with. Thank you.

Really great experience from start to finish! Both the gentleman who provided the quote and the one who did the treatment were very punctual (hurrah for 7am appointments so I can get to work on time!), professional and lovely to deal with. I was given lots of options to choose from and my circumstances discussed in helping me decide which treatment was best. I also had to reschedule my treatment 3 times due to my dog being sick and it was never an issue to change it all around. Highly recommend!!

Had 2 trucks rock up to take care of my wasps. One guy stood around not doing anything while the other just sprayed the initial spray on the wasps. The nests were not taken care of or dusted. Wasps were back within 24 hours. When I called to get someone back out they said I'd have to wait up to 10 days for a new booking. Completely unprofessional. Will never use again and will make sure none of my family or friends use this company". Through all this they knew wasps were getting into my house. No care or consideration was shown. They also came at 11:30am to take care of wasps. This should have been done after sundown. After agreeing that a refund was the preferable outcome I noticed no money returned after 5 days. I had to call again to get them to process it. The receptionist had made no effort to return the funds."

Called these guys in as their quote was $50 cheaper than their nearest competitor. Gary the inspection did a great job even calling me up to tellI me I had a couple of titles that had moved in the storms and water was now entering the roof. He offered to put them back in place and all of this was part of the service. Fantastic customer service a real rarity thoroughly recommend them to anyone seeking Pest Control at a fair price and great service

We have used Stewarts Pest Control for our last few inspections and have been very imprested with their professionalism and great service. The operator, David, was on time, friendly and very efficient. Monique in the office was also great to deal with and I was impressed with how quickly and smoothly the booking and inspection was performed. Highly recommended.

The operator David was a true servicemen. He was on time, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He carried on with the job efficiently and with little guidance. He was approachable and gave time to explain what he had done and what was recommended in the future. I highly advise using this service.
