We used this business for a termite report for a settlement on a property. The termite report took over a month to get sent through to us. We had to chase this up week after week to get the email. Then once received the report there were many discrepancies. We emailed back to organise a time to go over the report with them and they are completely unresponsive. I would not recommend using this company to anyone. Very disappointed in their service for the price they charge.

Had these guys come for a treatment on house. All guy was worried about was his Harley! Even showed me pictures! Didnt park close enough so the hose didnt even reach the rear of property..month later still spiders...2 months still spiders and insects.Rang for a respray they said yup will be there the following week. never showed.Rang great southern pest control and they've completed.Do not waste time with these guys

Do not use this company!!! Very unprofessional and dodgy. They demanded i pay for their service before they came, which i did. Paid over $1000, however only completed 2 out of the 3 houses that i paid for to get sprayed. They are dodgy, wont answer my calls and refused to give me a refund on the house they didnt complete. Very unprofessional and unresponsive when questioned why they didnt do the 3rd house. Find someone else to do your pest control!!

Complete lack of communication from the service.Was not informed that an upfront payment needed to be paid prior to a vacate service being carried out, yet was booked weeks in advance. No flexibility to carry out service and did not verbalise service limitations, ie dropping keys back to real estate/ that someone needed to be present. Was not impressed with the customer service.
